VAT
All rates are excluding city tax (12,5%) and including VAT (21% from 1-1-2026). Please note that these percentages are subject to potential changes by the government.
CHILDREN POLICY
- 0-3 years free of charge (baby cot on request)
- 4-11 years extra costs € 30 per night
- From 12 years extra costs € 60 per night
GUARANTEE POLICY
Credit card details are requested in order to guarantee the reservation. In case of a no show the total value of the reservation will be charged. However details may vary depending on the type of rate chosen.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The cancellation policy differs from your booking. In case of a Saver Rate, the rate is non-refundable and non-changeable. If you have booked a Flexible rate, your reservation may be cancelled till 2 days prior to arrival before 3pm. Cancellations after this time or in case of a now show the total value of the reservation will be charged.
