The Comfy Room at Banks Mansion offers 25 m² of comfortable living space for up to two guests. Depending on availability and preferences provided prior to arrival, the room can be arranged with either a queen bed or twin beds.
Each room is equipped with thoughtful amenities designed to make your stay in the heart of Amsterdam as comfortable as possible. Features include a Nespresso coffee machine, a complimentary minibar that is replenished daily as part of our full-service concept, free WiFi, Chromecast, individually controlled air conditioning, and a safe for personal belongings.
The bathroom features either a bathtub with a rain shower or a walk-in rain shower, depending on the specific room. Bathrobes, slippers, a hairdryer, and ironing facilities are also provided. For an even more personalised stay, guests can make use of our pillow menu and select the pillow that best suits their sleeping preferences.
Combining modern comforts with the character of a historic canal-side building on the Herengracht, the Comfy Room offers a welcoming base from which to explore Amsterdam.

Every day at 17:00, the cheese trolley is served. In addition, all drinks are included and available 24 hours a day, including coffee, tea, soft drinks, beer, wine, and a selection of spirits, allowing you to enjoy everything at any time of day without extra charges in the heart of Amsterdam.

Is the full service concept really all inclusive?
Yes. Banks Mansion offers a full service concept where breakfast, the minibar in your room, access to our Living with open bar, the daily cheese trolley at 17:00, and complimentary snacks throughout the day are all included in your room rate.
Guests can enjoy coffee, tea, soft drinks, beer, wine, and selected spirits 24 hours a day at no additional cost. The minibar is included in every room and is replenished daily.
Only optional services such as laundry, bicycle rental, transportation, or personal expenses are not included. Any applicable city tax is charged separately by the City of Amsterdam.

Can I request a queen-size bed or twin beds?
Yes. Bed preferences can be requested when booking.
Comfy Rooms and Comfy Canal View Rooms can be arranged with queen or twin beds. Guest Suite Canal View rooms can be arranged with king or twin beds. The Master Suite and Guest Suite feature king beds.
Bed configurations are fixed per room type and cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability.

What are the different room types?
Banks Mansion offers five room types: Comfy Room, Comfy Canal View Room, Guest Suite, Guest Suite Canal View, and Master Suite.
Comfy Rooms and Comfy Canal View Rooms offer queen or twin bed configurations. Guest Suites feature king beds. Guest Suite Canal View rooms offer king or twin beds. The Master Suite features a king bed.
Room layouts are fixed per room and cannot be changed. Guests are welcome to indicate their preference when booking, and we will always do our best to accommodate requests based on availability.
