We’re not looking for a salesperson.

We’re looking for a warm, driven sales personality. Someone who builds relationships, spots opportunities, and isn’t afraid to go after them. Someone who knows Amsterdam, lives and breathes it — and knows exactly where to go (and who to know).

Banks is growing. And we’re looking beyond our current guests.

We’re building a strong mix of international leisure (especially US) and corporate relationships. That calls for someone who dares to explore new markets, connect with new audiences, and put Banks on the map with style.

Your role in our story

You are our face to the outside world.

And just as importantly: a key player within our team.

You move effortlessly between business development, marketing, and community building. One day you’re meeting a corporate partner, the next you’re hosting an intimate event in our Living. Along the way, you spot opportunities, turn them into ideas — and make them happen.

You don’t just build relationships. You help build our brand.

What you’ll do (long story short)

· Build relationships with companies, partners, and travel agents

· Spot commercial opportunities — and act on them

· Be present, be visible, show Banks to the world

· Host events and create memorable moments

· Keep a sharp eye on commercial performance

· Collaborate with colleagues to create great things

Who you are

You don’t fit into a box. Perfect.

But if we had to try:

· Entry-level or experienced — as long as you’re good

· Commercially sharp and socially smart

· Not afraid to take initiative (the more, the better)

· You know Amsterdam. Really know it. And love it

· You speak and write fluent Dutch and English (a must)

· You’re independent, proactive, and just a little bold

· You get energy from creating opportunities — and closing them

You’re a natural networker with a strong sense of people and timing.

You bring ideas to life — from first spark to execution.
