REVENUE MANAGER

We are looking for an enterprising, energetic and above all result-oriented candidate who will take our Revenue & Reservations department to the next level.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handling and processing (group) reservations through various channels (drawing up quotations & contracts, telephone, email, website, GDS)
  • Part of the management team and co-executing the discussed pricing strategy
  • Optimizing turnover by Yielding (reports, analysis, campaigns and promotions, etc). Knowledge of the Amsterdam (high-end) hotel market is indispensable in this!
  • Analyzing the market with the help of an RMS (iDeas); play the game with the Occupancy and the room rate on a daily basis with the aim of achieving the highest RevPar possible
  • Maintaining business relationships with various parties including OTAs

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

  • Graduated from MBO / HBO, preferably (Higher) Hotel School
  • Experience with revenue management and reservations is an advantage
  • speaks and writes Dutch and English fluently
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal
  • Is analytical and commercial
  • Experience with an RMS is definitely a plus!
  • Enterprising and proactive
