REVENUE MANAGER
We are looking for an enterprising, energetic and above all result-oriented candidate who will take our Revenue & Reservations department to the next level.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handling and processing (group) reservations through various channels (drawing up quotations & contracts, telephone, email, website, GDS)
- Part of the management team and co-executing the discussed pricing strategy
- Optimizing turnover by Yielding (reports, analysis, campaigns and promotions, etc). Knowledge of the Amsterdam (high-end) hotel market is indispensable in this!
- Analyzing the market with the help of an RMS (iDeas); play the game with the Occupancy and the room rate on a daily basis with the aim of achieving the highest RevPar possible
- Maintaining business relationships with various parties including OTAs
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
- Graduated from MBO / HBO, preferably (Higher) Hotel School
- Experience with revenue management and reservations is an advantage
- speaks and writes Dutch and English fluently
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal
- Is analytical and commercial
- Experience with an RMS is definitely a plus!
- Enterprising and proactive
